Acceptance
By browsing automationinsights.digital or enrolling in a lesson with Automation Insights, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for training.

Training relationship
Lesson enrolments form a separate agreement confirmed by email invoice and placement notes. Website descriptions are informational. Trading involves risk of loss; training does not guarantee profits, signals, or investment advice under Korean financial regulations beyond educational discussion of chart-reading technique.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, checklists, slides, and site copy remain the property of Automation Insights. Participants may keep personal notes and annotated charts from their own trades. Redistribution of workshop materials to third parties or public posting of proprietary worksheets is not permitted without written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing training products, or present our materials as your own curriculum.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Automation Insights is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after attending a lesson. Our liability for any claim related to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that specific lesson.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daegu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from lesson enrolments, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
