Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
How deposits, balances, no-shows, and rescheduling work for workshops, clinics, and private chart reviews.
Scope
This policy applies to paid Automation Insights lessons: the Volume Profile Intensive, Breakout Validation Clinic, Chart Review Sessions, and related private desk bookings. It does not cover third-party software, lodging, or meals.
Eligibility window
Refund requests must reach info@automationinsights.digital within the timeframes below, measured from the scheduled start of the lesson. Include your full name, lesson title, and payment reference.
Intensive (three-day workshop)
- Full refund of deposit and any balance paid if you cancel in writing 14 or more days before day one.
- 50% refund of amounts paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before day one.
- No refund for cancellations inside 7 days, except when we cancel the cohort or a documented medical emergency prevents attendance (partial credit toward a later cohort may be offered at our discretion).
Clinics and chart reviews
- Full refund if you cancel 5 or more business days before the appointment.
- Reschedule once without fee if you give at least 2 business days’ notice.
- No refund for cancellations inside 2 business days or for no-shows. A new fee is required to rebook.
Work already started
Once an intensive day or clinic block has begun, that day’s fee portion is non-refundable. Printed workbooks issued to you are non-refundable even if you later withdraw.
Deposits
Deposits secure a seat. They are credited toward the lesson balance. Deposit refunds follow the intensive or clinic rules above.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds may require your account details; processing time then depends on your bank.
Our cancellations
If Automation Insights cancels a lesson, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
